To guarantee that all our clients can experience and enjoy the most out of the natural and cultural charm of the Riviera Nayarit and have a moment of personal discovery during our tours in Punta de Mita, we limit the number of attendees on each of our tours. For what we highly recommend to book in advance, to ensure your place in your preferred tour.

RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In order to fulfill our commitment with all our customers, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please consider the following information:
- Cancellations placed more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund.
- Cancellations placed 24 hours before the tour date: you can change the tour date but there are no refunds.
- If you arrive late to the tour: you can take it in the next hour, subject to availability.
- If you don’t show up for the tour: there are no refunds.
- Cancellations placed more than 15 days before the tour date: 100% refund.
- Cancellations placed less than 15 days before the tour date: you can change the tour date but there are no refunds.
- If the group doesn’t show up for the tour: there are no refunds.
