RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

In order to fulfill our commitment with all our customers, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please consider the following information:

PERSONAL RESERVATIONS

• Cancellations placed more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund.
• Cancellations placed 24 hours before the tour date: you can change the tour date but there are no refunds.
• If you arrive late to the tour: you can take it in the next hour, subject to availability.
• If you don’t show up for the tour: there are no refunds.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

• Cancellations placed more than 15 days before the tour date: 100% refund.
• Cancellations placed less than 15 days before the tour date: you can change the tour date but there are no refunds.
• If the group doesn’t show up for the tour: there are no refunds.
